Features of all-in-one ladle gasket

The gasket ring is used in continuous casting process to exclude air and negative pressure formed between the lower part of collector nozzle holder and ladle shroud upper.
A completely upgraded airtight ring improves the steel quality by providing a protective gaseous atmosphere to reduce the level of N2 pick up in the molten steel.

- Seamless sealing between the shroud N/Z upper and lower part of cassette
improves the steel quality

- Firmly adhesive to L/D Collector N/Z, and easily detachable from the shroud
N/Z by carbon coating

- The heat resistant glue unnecessary to adhere to L/D Collector N/Z

- Unit cost effective for no use of the heat resistant glue

- Carbon sheet gasket may cause product deficiency for gas deposition in the shroud N/Z
